Shipping Policy

How long does it take to process an order?
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

What are the shipping options and delivery times?
We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs. Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the selected service.

  • Standard Shipping (5-8 Business Days): Our most economical option.
  • Express Shipping (2-4 Business Days): For faster delivery.
  • Overnight Shipping (1-2 Business Days): For the quickest possible delivery.

Please note that these timeframes begin from the date your order is shipped, not the date it is placed. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing and delivery times may be extended.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. We are working to expand our shipping destinations in the future.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items, your shipping destination, and the selected delivery speed. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over a certain amount.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s journey. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.

What if my shipping address is incorrect?
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address at the time of order. If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately. If your order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to update it. However, we cannot guarantee address changes once an order is in the fulfillment stage. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or invalid address provided by the customer.

My order is showing as delivered, but I haven’t received it. What should I do?
If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend first checking around your property, with neighbors, or with your local post office. Please allow 48 hours for the package to update, as carriers will sometimes mark a package as “delivered” prematurely. If the package does not arrive, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number for more detailed location information.

Return & Exchange Policy

What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns and exchanges for most unused, unwashed items in their original packaging with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

  • Return Eligibility: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received. All original tags and packaging must be included.
  • Final Sale Items: Certain items, such as sale merchandise, personalized items, and intimate apparel, are marked as final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return packages.

How long do I have to return an item?
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

How do I start a return or exchange?
To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our Returns Center at falltablerunner.com. You will need your order number and email address to begin the process. Follow the instructions to generate a return label and packing slip.

When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of its status. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. The timing of the refund appearing in your account may depend on your card issuer’s policies.

What if I received a damaged or defective item?
We take great care in packaging your orders, but sometimes damage can occur in transit. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the faulty item. Please include photos of the damaged product and its packaging in your inquiry.

What about exchanges?
For exchanges, the item you wish to exchange for must be of equal or lesser value. If the new item costs more, you will be charged the difference. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

I received my order, but an item is missing. What do I do?
If you are missing an item from your order, please contact us immediately. We will investigate with our warehouse and shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
